Before anybody starts explaining how hard it would be to kill the leader of the Red Dragon I need you to keep in mind this is a joke.  But seriously, Scorpion raised a kid and re-made his clan (third times the charm) in the time it took Kenshi to figure out who killed his baby mama.  I know your blind but it can't be that hard to look for someone.
